     Carmel Corn

Ingredients
6 quarts popped corn
2 sticks butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light or dark Karo syrup
1 tsp soda
1 can salted peanuts
 

Instructions
Boil sugar, butter and syrup 3 minutes. Remove from heat, add baking soda and stir until well blended. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Spread on Cookie sheets and place in 200 degree oven for 60 to 90 minutes. Stir occasionally while roasting. Remove from oven and cool. Store in air tight container.
