     Pineapple cosmo

Ingredients
2 cups (1lb) coarsely chopped pineapple
2 cups vodka
1 cup cranberry
1tbls fresh lime juice
3 cups crushed ice
Lime slices for garnish
 
Instructions
In a large jar, combine vodka and pineapple. Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least three days.
Strain vodka thru fine strainer.
Combine ingredients in ice filled Shaker, shake vigorously. Pour into chilled Martini glass and garnish with lime slice
