     Bread Pudding Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients
4 cups bread pieces (small)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
20 ounce can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
 

Instructions
Mix melted butter, pineapple, eggs and sugar together. Pour mixture over bread pieces in 10x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Can be a side or a dessert, used Pepperidge Farms Farmhouse Hearty White
