1 Ribeye Steak (cut into small chunks and remove fat chunks)
If making stew, cut larger chunks of meat
Peas (frozen)
Garlic (crushed)
1/4 cup rice or pasta
celery, bell peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes, green beans
Cajun
Rotel tomatoes
V8 or Spaghetti Sauce
Instructions
Sear meat in the Wok (no oil). Season meat. Add water and broth to
a pot. Add seasoning, meat, peas and veggies in pot. Add broth and
V8 or spaghetti sauce.
Bring to a boil on medium high heat until done
