     Overnight Waffle

2 cups plain flour (heaped)
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast granules
2 1/2 cups milk
Vanilla essence
125 ml cool melted butter
2 eggs separated

Mix first six ingredient in a bowl. Add butter and mix. The dough should be quite loose. Cover with cling wrap and leave overnight. In the morning, preheat waffle maker. Beat egg whites till soft peaks formed. Mix egg yolk to dough mix followed by folding in the egg whites. Bake according to waffle maker instruction. Makes 10 square waffles. Serve with butter & syrup.
