2. Whisk together eggs, buttermilk & melted butter.
3. Make a well in the dry ingredients.
4. Stir in wet ingredients. Do not over stir, just until blended together. Batter should be thick with some lumps.
5. Cook on a hot griddle. When you can see bubbles forming, flip to cook the other side.
