5 green onions, sliced on a bias (green and white parts)
1 lb ground pork sausage, country style
1/2 t. ground ginger
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
14 oz bag of broccoli slaw
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. rice wine vinegar
2 T. toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Brown meat in the oil.
Add the garlic, onion, and white portion of the green onions.
Saute until the onions are translucent and the garlic is
fragrant.
Add the ground ginger, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix in
well.
Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
Saute until the coleslaw is tender.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Goes well over rice.
