Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, milk,
and 1/3 cup margarine. Knead until smooth. Roll
the batter into balls about the size of a
quarter.
Mix 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and sugar and
Roll the balls of dough into it. Grease a bundt
pan with Crisco or cooking spray. Layer
biscuits.
Combine the margarine, 1 tsp
cinnamon, and brown sugar in a saucepan and
boil for 2-3 minutes. Pour over biscuits. Bake
at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool for 10
minutes and turn out.
