1/2 cup cracker crumbs - 1 sleeve of ritz crackers
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp butter.
Add celery and water.
Cover and cook until tender-crisp - about 4 mins
Add peas and sage.
Simmer 5 minutes
In another pan, combine mushroom soup and
mushrooms.
Heat to make cream mixture.
Spread veggies in bottom of pan.
Cover with cream mixture.
Add 2 Tbsp melted butter to cracker crumbs.
Layer on top of cream mixture.
Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
