Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken
for a couple of minutes. Add the prawns, mussels,
garlic and the tin of tomatoes. Stir and fry for a
couple more minutes.
Add the rice. From here on in the paella should be
shaken, not stirred!
Stir the turmeric into the stock and pour into the
pan. Add the cherry tomatoes and peas. Season to
taste. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with crusty bread/leafy salad.
