Preheat oven to 425. Put oven proof frying pan in to heat.
In large bowl beat eggs until fluffy. Sift in flour and remaining
ingredients. Beat to blend. Melt butter in hot fry pan. Add the
pancake batter and return to oven.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until puffy and golden. Do not open
oven. Serve immediately with fav toppings. I love sugar and
fresh lemon juice.
