1/4 cup pimento cheese OR 1 slice favorite cheese per burger
salad greens
1/8 tsp seasoned salt per burger
Condiments if using sliced cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, onions, etc.
Instructions
Allow meat to come to room temperature. Toast
buns if desired, spread with pimento cheese.
Mix ground beef and seasoned salt. Form into 4-5
inch patties, making slightly thinner in the
center of the patty.
Place a skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 tsp
cooking oil. When oil is hot add burger patties.
Cook without disturbing 2-3 minutes until browned
on bottom. Flip, cook additional 1-2 minutes.
(Add sliced cheese after first minute)
Serve burgers over pimento cheese, add lettuce.
Garnish with any desired condiments if using
sliced cheese.
