Discard husk, clean corn and break in half. Add to
a large pot of water. Boil a on high heat for about
30-45 min until tender. Drain water and let corn
cool.
In the same pot, add oil, sugar, fish sauce and
salt. Stir to let the spices dissolve. Then turn on
medium heat. Add green onions. Cook until onions
are soft. Take off heat.
NOTE- Can refrigerate and grill the next day. Wrap
corn in foil, then grill to get grill marks.
