     Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 can celery soup
1 can mushrooms
Dash pepper
Pinch allspice
pinch nutmeg
1/4 cups white wine
1/2 cup water
1 to 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
 

Instructions
Make small 1 inch meatballs from the ground beef. Set aside
Mix all other ingredients together in a saucepan. Place meatballs in sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over egg noodles or alone as an appetizer
