     Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients
3 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 large eggs.
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups mazola oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
 
1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Beat the 4 eggs on high speed. On low speed gradually add 2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups mazola oil, 2 cups pumpkin. Once mixed at 1 cup chopped walnuts on low speed
Beat the 4 eggs on high speed.
On low speed gradually add 2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cups oil, 2 cups pumpkin.
Gradually add the flour mixture. Once mixed add the 1 cup chopped walnuts. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes in a tube pan at 350.
