Mix butter and vanilla till completely combined. Add powdered
sugar and beat on low until it is incorporated. Add milk aTbsp
at a time, beating well, add more milk one Tbsp at a time if
needed to reach desired consistency.
For chocolate frosting, add 3/4 cup cocoa
