one tub of organic greek yogurt
organic garlic powder
organic italian seasonings
himalayan salt
organoc cumin powder
and youll need cheese cloth no it dont have to be

you'll need three layers of cheese can find it in the arts and craft section of Walmart. dump your greek yogurt in the cheesecloth and tie the cheesecloth to keep the yogurt in.
then you'll hang the yogurt in the cheesecloth up somewhere and let the whey drip into a bowl for three days .put it in the frig overnight by taking a smaller bowl putting it in the bigger bowl up side down that's catching the whey.set the yogurt still in the cheesecloth on the upside down the bowl to continue dripping while in the frig. next day take it out and hang the cheesecloth with the yogurt back up and let it drain all day..repeat this for three days.
after three days add the seasoning as you see fit. (I don't measure much of anything, lol) but I can say add plenty of salt! then form into little cheese balls, roll them in the Italian seasonings.
store them in a container in the frig. with a lid.

with any meal!
