     Chicken Enchiladas in oven

Ingredients
1 Cooked and boned chicken shredded
1 pkg corn tortillas
1 large onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
1/2 # grated cheddar cheese
garlic salt to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotell tomatoes
 
1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
Boil, bone and shred chicken. Save the chicken stock. Dip tortillas in stock and line pan (9 X 13) Layer chicken, onion, pepper and cheese in pan.
Mix soups, tomatoes and chili powder. Pour evenly over chicken mixture. Bake at 325F 1 hour.
