Butterfly chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic
powder. Mix balsamic and Worcestershire and marinate
chicken in this for at least 30 min.
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly oil a glass baking dish and place
chicken in it and bake for 30 minutes turning half way through
cooking time.
While chicken bakes, dice tomato, moz, and basil and mix
together. Once chicken is baked through, place tomato mixture
on top and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately.
