     Grandma's Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
3 eggs well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick butter
3 slices bread torn into small pieces
1 quart fresh or frozen peaches
cinnamon
 

Instructions
Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour in melted butter and add torn up bread. Stirring all together.
Put peaches in cobbler pan, sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the egg mixture over peaches. Bake at 350F until brown - about 25-30 minutes.
This really never makes enough. If feeding more than just a small family you need to double the recipe.
