whisk pineapple and eggs until combined.
whisk in the sugars, oil and vanilla followed by the dry ingredients until you make a batter. fold in the pecans and carrots.
Put the batter in the greased pan and bake for 35-40 min.
for frosting, mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla-about one min until fluffy.
Beat in the oj and gradually add in the powdered sugar- stream in the heavy cream as needed.
