     Scrambled Tofu or Cauliflower

14 oz drained extra firm tofu or 1 bag frozen cauliflower
2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
2 tbs oil
onions, peppers, spinach, broccoli, kale, corn, squash, black beans, asparagus, olives (optional)
veggie meat (optional)

Place tofu in a large bowl, mash with a fork or potato masher. Or crumble cauliflower in processor. Stir in nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric and salt. Set aside. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned tofu/cauliflower and cook stirring until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Delicious served with baked potatoes, tortilla, bread.
