350 Beat together butter, sugar, egg, vanilla in lg mixing bowl.(use food processor) Blend in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Shape dough into logs (2x1/2)on lightly floured surface. Place logs on parchment-lined cookie sheet.

12-15 mns or until cookies are set. Slide parchment paper containing cookies onto cooling rack and allow to cool.

|
|
Prepare icing. Dip ends of cookies into chocolate icing and then in sprinkles. Place on wax paper to set. Store in tightly sealed container at room temp. These also freeze well.
