     Peanut Butter Squares

Ingredients
3/4 cup dark brown sugar - firmly packed
1/2 cup butter- softened
1 lb (3cups) confectionary sugar
2 cups peanut butter - smooth
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 TBSP butter
 
Instructions
Large bowl, electric mixer , beat sugar, butter, sugar, peanut butter until smooth and well-blended. Pat ungreased pan-15-1/2x10-1/2x1inch
Melt choc chips and 1 TBSP butter in top double boiler. Spread over peanut butter mixture and cut into squares while chocolate is still warm and soft.
Chill 15mns and remove from pan. Lasts in refrigerator for weeks.
