3 Chicken Breasts, cut into small 1 in. slices

2 T Sherry
|
|
2 T Cornstarch
|
|
1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
|

1/2 C Mushrooms, sliced
|
|
1/2 C Celery, sliced
|
|
1 small can sliced Water Chestnuts
|
|
3 T Hoisin Sauce
|
|
1 T Sugar
|
|
|
|
1/2 C Cashew Halves
|
|
4 servings of cooked white rice.
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook rice according to directions.
Mix Sherry and Cornstarch, add sliced chicken, marinade.
Mix Hoisin Sauce with Sugar... set aside.
|

Heat Wok...Stir fry vegetables about 2 minutes- Remove.
|
|
|
Add Chicken and stir-fry until opaque.
Salt and pepper.
Mix in Hoisin Sauce mixture, toss to coat.
|
|
|
Add cooked vegetables and 1/2 C nuts.
Stir to coat and serve over rice.

Serve with Crunchy Chow Mein Noodles.
