1 (1.25 lb) package refrigerated new potato wedges
1 tsp dried rosemary
3/4 tsp slat
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Combine oil and garlic in large bowl. Add potatoes, toss to coat.
Sprinkle potatoes with rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Place potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet coated
with cooking spray. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn
potatoes with a spatula. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until
browned and crisp.
