1/4 c melted butter (I did not use and it was still great)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream oil, sugar and eggs. combine dry ingredients and add alternately with the sour milk and vanilla to the creamed ingredients. When smooth add rhubarb. Spread into a well greased 9x13 pan.
Combine br sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Drizzle on melted butter if using.
Bake for 45-50 min until top springs back when touched.
I topped cake with whip cream. Ice cream would be good too. LOL
