Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 in baking dish with
cooking spray.
Combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese and onion
in large bowl. Pour into prepared dish and pat into even layer. Dot
with butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil, bake 50 minutes. Remove foil, bake 20 minutes or
until browned.
