Preheat oven to 350F. In 13 X 9 pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter. Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients. Press down firmly with a fork.
bake 25 min or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars. Store at room temp.
