Dice onion. Quarter salad tomatoes. Halve lime,
juice one half, save remainder for other use.
Pick and chop cilantro leaves.
Halve avocado. Discard pit, and scoop flesh into
a bowl Mash avocado, stir in tomato, onion,
cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno. Mix well.
Sprinkle with kosher salt. Serve immediately.
Browns easily.
