20 c. water with buillon or chicken broth
Stems of cilantro
6 cloves of garlic, smashed--not minced
1/2 onion, diced
Rice Noodles
Ground meat (beef, turkey, pork)
Crushed Peanuts
Fish Sauce
White Vinegar
White Pepper (no pepper if not white pepper, no black)
sweet soy sauce
Crushed Red Pepper
Fried garlic

Throw garlic and onion into broth, bring to a boil. Throw stems of cilantro in. The longer it boils, the better. After it boils, place cabbage and bunch of noodles into a stainer until (cabbage on top). Dip it into the broth until noodles are soft and then place into bowl with broth in it. Then add your preferred toppings and enjoy! Do one serving at a time.
