     Yellow squash corn saute

Ingredients
1 tbs evoo
1 small sliced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c chopped tomatoes
2 medium yellow squash chopped
2 c corn kernels thawed frozen
1 tbs fresh basil leaves chopped
 

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet to medium-high heat, add onions and saute until soft about 2-3 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and cook stirring for 1 minute. Add squash, corn cook stirring for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and stir in basil.
