     Hungarian Mince Goulash

Ingredients
450 g lean minced beef
1 kg whole plum peeled tomatoes
80 g chopped onion
1 Clive finely chopped garlic
2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp chilli powder
160 g macaroni
170 g tomato puree
 

Instructions
Brown minced beef in a large saucepan. Add the peeled plum tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic, chilli powder, macaroni and tomato puree. Add water, a teaspoon at a time, if the mixture seems dry. Simmer until the macaroni is tender, then serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fresh bread and/or salad.
