Preheat oven to 175°c
Finely chop mushroom stems and spring onions and
mix together with cream cheese.
Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture.
Wrap each mushroom with a half slice of bacon and
secure with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet
and bake in the oven until bacon is cooked
through, roughly 20 minutes.
