     King Prawns with Garlic and Chilli

Ingredients
12-16 king prawns (shell on)
2 tsp chilli flakes
5 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 large chopped tomatoes
150 ml olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice
 

Instructions
Pour oil into a large deep frying pan and set on low-medium heat until 100°c or just shimmering. Add chilli flakes, crushed garlic, chopped tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon juice. Fry gently for 5 minutes until garlic is sizzling and fragrant but not too brown. Turn up heat slightly, add king prawns and cook until pink.
Serving Suggestions
As a tapas (Gambas al ajillo)
