Mix cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and butter until smooth. Blend in salt and paprika. Stir in onions, crab meat, green pepper and mozzarella. Place in shallow baking dish in preheated oven (350F) until mixture bubbles. Top with green onions and parsley. Serve with corn chips.
