Grease mini muffin pan with butter or cooking
spray. Slice cookie dough into 1 inch slices,
then quarter slices. Lay 1 piece in each mini
muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8
minutes. While cookies are hot and puffed,
gently push peanut butter cup into center of
each cookie.
