Spread about 1 Tbsp of ricotta over tortilla. Add
1 heaping Tbsp cheese and 1 Tbsp chilies. Place
second tortilla on top. Repeat to make 2 more
quesadillas.
In heated skillet, add 1 quesadilla and cook 3
minutes on each side. Remove, cut into 4 wedges
and repeat with remaining quesadillas. Serve warm
with salsa.

Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, sliced jalapenos.
