1 lb sausage (I used Tetons uncured polish beef sausage from costco)
Thinly cut cabbage
shredded carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chop and brown sausage in skillet. Remove sausage
and sautee cabbage and carrots in same skillet
with a couple tbsp of water. Cook to desired
tenderness, add sausage back in, add salt and
pepper. Serve
This was very flavorful with the brand sausage I
used. I think that is what will make the
difference in how good it tastes and how much to
season it. We all loved it! Very simple to make
and great way to get your veggies.
