     Pork Tenderloin Casserole

Ingredients
12 Cup(3L) Casserole
1 Tbsp(15ml) Oil
3 Slices cooked bacon,diced
1/2 Lbs(250g) Fresh mushrooms cleaned and diced
1 Small onion chopped
1Lb(500g) Pork tenderloin, tough fat covering removed and meat sliced
2 Tbsp30ml) Soy Sauce
1 1/2 cups(375ml) brown sauce hot
1/2 tsp (2ml) basil
 
3 Tbsp(45ml) sour cream
Dash of paprika salt and pepper

Instructions
Place oil,bacon,mushrooms and onion in casserole, season well. Microwave 3 minutes uncovered at high. Add pork and soy sauce, mix well. Cover and microwave 5 minutes at medium-high. Stir in brown sauce, basil and paprika, microwave 2 minutes uncovered at medium-high. Stir in sour cream and serve. Accompany with egg noodles if desired.
