1/4 TSP SALT
FILLING
 
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/4 TSP CINNAMON AND NUTMEG
1/4 CUP HALF AND HALF
5 TO 6 BANANA CUT HALF LENGTH WISE
WHIP CREAM
CINNAMON

Instructions
SIFT FLOUR AND CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR IN MIXING BOWL ADD MILK, EGGS, BUTTER, VANILLA & SALT BEAN UNTIL SMOOTH HEAT A LIGHTLY GREASED 6 IN SKILLED ADD ABOUT 3 TBS BATTER MAKE THE CREPE FILLING MELT BUTTER, STIR IN BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON AND NUTMET STIR IN CREAM AND COOK TILL SLIGHTLY THICKENED ADD THE HALF BANANAS IN SMALL BATCHES - HEAT 2 TO 3 MINUTES SPOONING THE SAUCE OVER THEM ROLL BANANA IN CREPE SPOON SAUCE OVER TOP GARNISH WITH WHIPPED CREAM & CINNAMON
