     Pad Thai

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Siracha
1/2 cup Tamarind Paste
2 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 package Rice Stick noodles
1 package bean sprouts washed
 
Green onions
Peanuts chopped

Instructions
Boil Rie Noodles till just done, a couple minutes. Then drain and rinse in cold water.
Mix first 7 ingredients together to make sauce.
Stir fry noodles in hot oil stirring with 2 wooden spoons until hot. Add sauce, bean sprouts, green onions and peanuts. Cook until all is hot. Serves 4 adults or up to 6 with kids.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with extra chopped peanuts. Yummy with a side of garlic butter shrimp. May add chicken or scrambled eggs.
