Heat deep fryer or skillet with oil in it. Mix seasonings, add milk
and stir until combined (I only used half the seasoning and
saved the other half for later). Cut onion into slices 1/4 inch
thick.
When oil is hot and bubbly, coat onions in batter and then
place in oil. Fry until crispy and browned to liking. Remove and
place on paper towel to cool.
