Beat eggs
Add sugar
Add heavy cream and half and half and heat to boiling
Remove from heat
Add 3 T of hot milk to eggs to temper it
Slowly add the rest of the milk
Stir in vanilla
Chill 2-3 hours
Add to maker and churn
When almost done add cookies
