     Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
3 or 4 lbs country style pork ribs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 375F. Place ribs in heavy foil in a roasting pan. In 2 quart saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour over ribs, turning to coat all sides. Seal tightly in the foil and cook about 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are fork tender. Remove ribs, skim fat from sauce and serve sauce with ribs. Can finish with BBQ sauce under broiler or on grill.
