Place garlic in food processor until rough chopped. Drain garbanzo beans reserving 2 Tbsp of liquid from can. Add beans, lemon juice, tahini and reserved liquid. Process until smooth. Chill before eating.
Can flavor with any of the following- 3/4 c finely chopped Kalamata olives, 3/4 c finely chopped roasted red pepper, 3/4 c finely chopped sun dried tomatoes
