     Chicken Scarpariello

Ingredients
2-1/2 lb chicken, cut up pieces
1 lb Italian veal sausage, cut in pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lg onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 bell peppers, green, red, sliced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
 
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Broil chicken pieces and veal sausauge until golden brown. Set aside. Keep warm.
Saute pan, heat olive oil. Add onion, garlic and cook until brown. Then add mushrooms, peppers. Cook for 10 mns, then add seasoning. Add chicken and sausage and simmer 20 mns. Mix and toss lightly.
Pour pan sauce on top. Sprinkle with parsley.
