Ingredients
2 NY Steaks
Seasoning to taste
Mayo
 

Instructions
Season steaks to taste. Sous vide two steaks at 129 degrees for 2-3 hrs.
Add 2-3 Tb of oil to cask iron skillet and heat on medium high heat. In the meantime, smear a very thin layer of mayo on the steak. Sear on both sides, let rest and then serve.
