     Cranberry Pecan Cake

Ingredients
1 bag fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
Batter-
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
 
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs - well beaten

Instructions
Oven to 350. Place cranberries, nuts and sugar in bottom of deep dish casserole or pie plate.
Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour batter over cake and spread smooth to cover.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool and serve.
