25-30 arrowroot cookies

Instructions |

Beat eggs well and add butter, sugar, cocoa and
cook on medium heat util thick, not stiff.
|

|
|
Stir while cooking, add the arrowroot cookies
which have not been rolled too fine, and the
vanilla.
|

|
|
Grease an 8 x 8 pan. Spread mixture in pan and
press well into pan.
|
|
|
|
Let cool and ice with white icing. Cut into
squares after chilled. Keep in refrigerator
|
|
